On Friday 5 July 2013 the Searchmate Team attended the wedding of two members who were introduced by us. Normally we would only be able to see the photographs of our members’ wedding but on this occasion the Bride and Groom invited the whole Team to be present at the ceremony and the after wedding party.
Both the Bride and Groom had tried online dating before coming to Searchmate but had not found the experience to be good. Many of the profiles they had viewed did not have the ring of truth about them and some of the dates they went on were little short of disastrous. Fortunately, for all involved, they decided to try offline dating by coming to a Personal Introduction agency and in a short space of team our Matchmakers had created their perfect match. They both wanted us to share in their joy and so we travelled to Derbyshire to attend their wedding.
It was a glorious summer’s day, the Bride looked beautiful in a gorgeous white silk gown sprinkled with crystals, which glinted in the July sunshine and the Groom looked very dashing in his grey suit and pink silk cravat. The single bridesmaid in a pink taffeta dress complimented the groom and his supporters and the pink theme was reflected in the gorgeous flowers carried by the bride and bridesmaid and the men’s buttonholes.
After a delicious Wedding Breakfast, speeches and numerous toasts the assembled guests danced the night away after watching the Bride and Groom float around the dance floor to Amazed by Lone Star.
It was a very happy occasion, thoroughly enjoyed by all, especially our Searchmate Team who had the added joy of creating yet another happy couple.
